Kenneth W. Biedzynski’s practice focuses on landlord-tenant law, personal injury, and commercial litigation.
Mr. Biedzynski serves as Special Counsel to Marlboro Township for COAH/Affordable Housing matters and serves as the Board Attorney for the Marlboro Township Affordable Housing Agency and Rent Control Board.
He is a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
A graduate of Kean University, Mr. Biedzynski received his J.D. from Seton Hall University. He served as an intern for Justice Daniel J. O’Hern, Supreme Court of New Jersey and for the Honorable Julia Ashby of the Appellate Division. Mr. Biedzynski has also served on the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Civil Practice.
