Daniel H. Green
Daniel H. Green’s practice focuses on residential and commercial real estate, landlord and tenant law, municipal court, planning and zoning, condominium law, divorce and family law. Mr. Green is certified as both a Family Law mediator and collaborative law practitioner.
Mr. Green currently serves as the Unified Zoning/Planning Board Attorney and Labor and Special Counsel to the Borough of Allentown and as the Unified Zoning/Planning Board Attorney for the Borough of Englishtown. He is a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association and the New Jersey Bar Association.
Mr. Green received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Boston University and his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law. He served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable John P. Arnone and the Honorable John A. Ricciardi.
Rhonda J. Eiger
Rhonda J. Eiger concentrates her practice on residential real estate, wills, trusts and estates and as a prosecutor.
Ms. Eiger is a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association and has formerly served as a member of the Freehold Rotary. Ms. Eiger currently serves as President of the Marlboro Jewish Center. Ms. Eiger is a Faculty Lecturer for the New Jersey State Bar Association Institute for Continuing Legal Education and at the New York City Bar Association City Bar Center for Continuing Legal Education. In addition she is a Lecturer at the Fordham University School of Law, Continuing Education Lecturer. Ms. Eiger is also on the New Jersey Office of Attorney Ethics as a Fee Arbitrator.
She received her B.A. from Brandeis University and her J.D. from The American University Washington College of Law. Mrs. Eiger served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Samuel P. Supnick.
Kenneth W. Biedzynski
Kenneth W. Biedzynski’s practice focuses on general litigation, municipal law, personal injury, municipal court, workers’ compensation, landlord-tenant and divorce law.
Mr. Biedzynski serves as Special Counsel to Marlboro Township for COAH matters and serves as the Board Attorney for the Marlboro Township Affordable Housing Agency and Rent Control Board. He is a member of the Monmouth County Bar Association and the New Jersey State Bar Association.
A graduate of Kean University, Mr. Biedzynski received his J.D. from Seton Hall University. He served as an intern for Justice Daniel J. O’Hern, Supreme Court of New Jersey and for the Honorable Julia Ashby of the Appellate Division. Mr. Biedzynski has also served on the New Jersey Supreme Court Committee on Civil Practice.
He has published numerous articles and practice topics in the text, American Jurisprudence 2nd Edition.
Arthur Goldzweig (retired)
Arthur Goldzweig concentrates in residential real estate, trusts and estates, municipal law, divorce mediation, contracts and business transactions. He is a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association and New Jersey Lawyer Client Mediation Program.
Mr. Goldzweig formerly served as Marlboro Township Mayor, Municipal Attorney for Marlboro Township, Western Monmouth Utilities Authority Attorney and Attorney for the Marlboro Township Affordable Housing Agency and Rent Control Board. He is the past chairman and member of the Real Estate and Land Development Committee of the Monmouth County Bar Association.
Mr. Goldzweig received his B.A. from City College of New York and his J.D. from Brooklyn College.
